Cathie Adams Endorses Gov. Perry

August 21, 2009

Great news!

From the Perry Campaign:

Gov. Perry has received an endorsement for re-election from Cathie Adams, Republican National Committeewoman for Texas and president of the Texas Eagle Forum.

“Gov. Rick Perry’s conservatism is treasured by Texans and has earned admiration from the rest of the country. While other politicians moisten their fingers and test the wind of public opinion to determine their decisions, Gov. Perry consistently and proudly stands for our pro-life and pro-family ideals. Texans should re-elect the governor responsible for creating the strongest state economy in the nation, even throughout these difficult economic times. Texans are most fortunate that Gov. Perry is willing to continue leading Texas.”

Gov. Perry has proven his commitment to both fiscal and social conservative values. His priorities for maintaining limited government, low taxes and predictable regulations have made Texas’ economy the envy of the nation and offered Texas families a quality of life second to none.

The Texas Municipal Police Association (TMPA) today endorsed Gov. Rick Perry as their candidate of choice in the 2010 Republican gubernatorial primary race.

Perry vs. Kay Bailout

August 17, 2009

From the Perry Campaign:

For 16 years, Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison has said one thing in Texas and done another in Washington. Visitors to the website www.WashingtonKay.com will learn of Senator Hutchison’s hypocrisy and the truth about her record, including insight on her broken promises and support of overwhelming debt, earmarks and bailouts.

In addition, www.WashingtonKay.com features a side-by-side comparison of Texas Kay vs. Washington Kay, videos of Texas Kay discussing the $700 Wall Street bailout in Texas one day before Washington Kay voted for it, as well as the “Top 10 Reasons to Record a KBH Interview.”

Visitors to www.WashingtonKay.com can download their own “Kay Bailout Bucks” and help keep Washington Kay accountable by reporting additional flip-flops.

As the “Kay Bailout Express” rolls through Texas on the trail of Washington Kay, Texans are also being asked to submit their own pictures to www.WashingtonKay.com and post them on Twitter with the hashtag #WashingtonKay.

Thank You Texas GOP!

August 4, 2009

They ran a great feature story about me, I’m truly honored!

“Washington politicians seem disappointed by Texas’ success and keep trying to find ways to tax Texans out of prosperity, force private companies out of business, and create poorly run, expensive Washington style programs in their place.”

I sure did say that…what can I say, our folks in Texas know how to run things!
