Biden’s Patriotism-Taxes-WHAT…gaffe.

WASHINGTON – Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden said Thursday that paying more in taxes is the patriotic thing to do for wealthier Americans. In a new TV ad that repeats widely debunked claims about the Democratic tax plan, the Republican campaign calls Obama’s tax increases “painful.”

Noting that wealthier Americans would indeed pay more, Biden said: “It’s time to be patriotic … time to jump in, time to be part of the deal, time to help get America out of the rut.”
This is what Biden is known for- gaffes. I predicted this when he was first announced. The man has said multiple dumb things already, and I don’t see an end in sight. He’s just not as good of a speaker as Hillary is.
Joe is becoming irrelevant. Poor bastard.
I’m not sure what you think is gaffe-ish about saying that carrying a bigger tax burden is patriotic? Why is it patriotic to serve your country in war, but not patriotic to sacrifice a larger portion of your income to help get the country out of debt.
